Noélia Sofia

Noélia is the first certified Body Rolling and the only Body Logic therapist in Portugal. She has over 23 years of professional experience as a movement teacher. Studied and developed professional activity in the field of Dance and Fitness.

Noélia Sofia practiced Yoga Hatha and Ashtanga for 10 years. She is a certified teacher of Body Control Pilates Association (UK).

She is also a certified teacher by the most prestigious schools in the world: Pilates for Osteoporosis, by Polestar, California; Pilates for Golfers by Stott Pilates, Toronto; Pilates for Athletes by Balance Body in Washington; Pilates for Pregnancy and Postpartum, Body Control Pilates, UK; Pilates for Knee and Hip Replacement, Polestar, Germany.

She has participated in several professional conferences in London, New York and Cologne. Since the beginning of her activity, she has had the privilege of learning from the professors who most inspire her, world references, such as Rael Isacowitz, Ellie Hermans, Elizabeth Larkmam, Maria Jose Bloom, Lolita San Miguel and Brent Anderson.
Her desire to know more also led her to do brief training on various other techniques such as: Feldenkrais, Alexander Technique, Rolfing and Gyrotonic.

She is also certified in Ayurvedic Massage by the Associação Luso Brasileira de Ayurvedica.

She conducts and teaches occasional retreats in Portugal, more specifically in Azores.

Over the past 8 years, she has been a Trainer of international certifications for professionals both in Portugal, as in New York, Spain and Vienna.
